Julian's Parcours - Basel, Switzerland

Sensory & Play Parcours for Autistic Children with Focus on Inclusion and Empowerment

This project was recommended to us by a dear friend Vanessa Stelling, who has an autistic son, Julian. Vanessa then introduced us to Noel and Gabriel Fanghänel, brothers who are social workers and have worked for many years with special needs children. They founded their association Human-Gardening in 2018.

The association’s headquarters consists of a small public Café/Workshop with a garden attached. In this garden, they want to create a special Sensory & Play Parcours intended as a place of relief for families and an oasis of games for autistic children. Special attention will be paid to the inclusion and empowerment of these children.

This Sensory & Play Parcours will be studied by students of the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences & Arts, this fall and will be built in spring 2021.

We would like to support the brothers and their association Human Gardening with the financing of:

Julian’s Parcours for autistic children
Diverse Sensory Experiences, Trampoline, Slide, Sailboat House, Water Fountain, Wall Puzzles & Wall Installations, Swing, Climbing Wall, Sandbox
