A 3-day Inclusive Camp to empower Girls

Empower UP! is a 3-day inclusive day camp for girls aged 8–12, with and without disabilities, designed to strengthen confidence, connection, and resilience at a key stage of development.

Research shows girls’ confidence can decline by up to 30% between ages 7 and 12. This programme is intentionally designed to counter that trend by fostering self-belief, emotional awareness, and inner strength.

Held just before the new school year starts, the camp gives participants a powerful reset, helping them begin the academic year grounded, confident, and self-assured.

With a small group setting, we ensure individual attention and meaningful relationships. Activities include outdoor experiences, creative expression, yoga, and life-skills coaching.

Set in the Bernese alps, the camp offers a safe, inspiring environment led entirely by female mentors and volunteers.
