Cura Children’s Inclusion Camp II – Saanenmöser, Switzerland

Following a successful first Inclusion Camp, filled with fun and laughter we received such positive feedback, that we decided to host a second camp for this summer.

The intent of this camp is to create once again the feeling of inclusion and foster the sense of belonging for children with disabilities. The group is a mixture of children with disabilities and children without. We are hoping to increase the numbers of campers this year and be able to include children from our area. The main focus is on happy moments, shared experiences and togetherness.

Our home for the 5 days is a rustic, local mountain hut just above Saanenmöser in the Bernese Alps. We will again welcome to our camp in addition to the children a mixture of their parents, therapists and social workers.

The Cura Children’s Inclusion Camp II is about offering the same activities to everyone, while providing support and services to accommodate children’s differences. We have selected the activities, taking into consideration the unique strengths along with the challenges of every child. 

Everyone will discover that children with and without disabilities have more in common than what separates them.
